Controller and collection
Cen Medya Limited Şirketi is the data controller. Identity/contact, account, business, following, appointment, plan-transaction and security records are collected electronically through forms, account activity, server logs and communications you send. We do not ask you to upload medical reports or special-category data.
Purposes and legal grounds
Accounts, bookings and plan administration are processed for entering into or performing contracts; mandatory records and responses for legal obligations; dispute records for establishing or protecting rights; and abuse prevention and security for legitimate interests subject to fundamental rights. Optional processing requiring consent needs a separate choice. This notice is not consent.
Recipients and infrastructure
Booking name, email and transaction details are shared with authorised managers of the centre you select. Published business information is public. Infrastructure includes Zoho CPaaS email, Cloudflare R2/CDN media storage/distribution, and hosting/security providers. Public authorities receive information only when legally required. Conditions for overseas providers must be assessed separately; this notice alone does not authorise or safeguard a transfer.
Retention and rights
Data is retained for the purpose and applicable legal obligations; deletion, destruction or anonymisation is assessed when no longer needed. You may exercise applicable Turkish data-protection rights to information, access, correction, conditional deletion/destruction, recipient notification, objection to automated analysis and compensation by contacting the company address below or emailing from your registered address. Identity verification may be required; requests are concluded within 30 days.
