Membership and Terms of Use

Parties and scope
These terms govern directory access, following, brand/branch management and appointment facilitation between Cen Medya Limited Şirketi and the individual account holder. Membership is free; paid business plans require separate terms and a quote. Members must be at least 18 and have legal capacity.
Account and security
Members must supply accurate information, verify their email and protect their password of at least 8 characters. Report suspected unauthorised access to our contact address. Do not act on another account or business without authority.
Businesses and content
Anyone adding a brand must be authorised to represent it and is responsible for the accuracy and rights to text, prices and images. False listings, misleading health or outcome claims, unlawful content and unauthorised personal-data sharing are prohibited. Businesses permit display of their content for operating the service without transferring ownership.
Appointments and service relationship
The platform does not provide beauty treatments. The centre is responsible for service delivery, staff, licences, suitability and prices. Appointment requests may require centre approval. The platform does not collect payment when booking. Statutory platform obligations and mandatory member rights remain unaffected.
Violations, termination and requests
Content or access may be restricted for security risks, unlawful conduct or material breaches, with reasons provided; urgent safeguards may precede notice. Members may request account closure using our contact address. Active plans, bookings and legal retention duties are handled separately. Material amendments are notified prospectively with renewed acceptance where needed. Statutory consumer complaint and court rights remain available.
