Provider and service
The provider is Cen Medya Limited Şirketi, with contact details below. The service is directory promotion and access to digital features under a selected Premium or Platinum plan. Beauty treatments at centres are not part of this plan contract.
Transaction-specific information
A final contract identifies the customer, contacts, brand/branch scope, annual term, tax-inclusive total, credits, payment method, activation date and additional-branch charges. This framework and the enquiry form alone create no payment obligation. Missing commercial details must be completed before payment and the agreed quote and contract supplied in a retainable format.
Performance, term and renewal
Service is activated for the agreed dates after payment or credit verification. Content may require publication review. The accepted quote specifies the term and scope; renewal does not automatically charge a payment method. Free coverage may apply after expiry, while existing bookings and independent-authority records follow their respective terms.
Withdrawal, termination and disputes
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights and exceptions are preserved; any early-performance choice is obtained separately where required. Send cancellation/refund requests to the provider for assessment under applicable law and the transaction. Statutory tribunal and court access is not restricted. Business customers require a separate assessment of their capacity and contract terms. Review Business Terms, Cancellation/Refund Terms and the data notice before the final contract.
